Onera Wimberley is the second offering from Onera. After experimenting at their Fredericksburg site, Onera elected to focus this location on Artistree's signature Spyglass™ treehouse, due to its higher occupancy and rates than their other units. Currently under construction, this site will be a Hill Country destination.
Site layout, unit placement within landscape, circulation of pathways and roads to minimize impact on wildlife and vegetation, user-experience across units and communal gathering spaces, back-of-house planning including on-site staff residences, worked directly with civil engineer to ensure utilities were channel through existing corridors of disturbance and construction boundaries were established
Submission of permit drawings for each structure, coordination with Hays County Fire Marshall to ensure compliance
Detail plans coordinated with contractor to ensure buildability, value engineering to ensure project fit client budget, RFI coordination with GC
